I’ve completed two full IMS IMLOU 2015 and 2017. I’ve also done over 20 70.3s, qualified for 70.3 Worlds 2013, Challenge 70.3 Championship 2019 and numerous OLY national championships racing in Milwaukee, Cleveland and Abu Dhabi. I have coached elite athletes and beginners. I have sought out information on coaching women, especially women over 40, because women need different coaching from men.
I am comfortable coaching swim/bike/run as well as stretching, yoga, pilates, and weight lifting.
